Apostle Leonard is the founder and CEO of Hang On Ministry, Inc. which has birthed and covers the Church of Philadelphia Praise, Worship and Deliverance Center where he is the Senior Pastor, oversees Spirit of Praise in Lakeland, FL, Christ Centered Tabernacle of Praise in Greensboro, NC and Fresh Spring in Edison, New Jersey.

Apostle Leonard's example of his commitments to Christ has caused many to give over to the rigors of study, and under tutelage he has a well trained staff of effective, obedient, evangelistic, and devoted leaders, that are equipped to do the work of God by the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Apostle Leonard holds a double B.S. Degree in Finance and Health Care Administration from Fisk University. Apostle Leonard is the proud father of Kelcie, Kyra, and Clavon III.

A prolific, provocative writer and psalmist Apostle Leonard has released his first book entitled Dawn of My Deliverance, his first CD entitled Meditations of the Heart and his sophomore CD Meditations of the Heart volume II: Deliverance or Death.
