The Church Building Fund

As we continue to build upon the foundation of rocks, gravel, and grass and remove trees at our new location, we want to keep you abreast as to the many transformations that are taking place in this project. Having a strong church family, a strong vision and a solid financial model has proven essential and has increased our success over the past few months.

We have been diligently working with our building committee members, Architect, Land Developers, Construction Crews and a network of experts to help guide us through our foundational phase. Extensive survey’s and brainstorming sessions have been ongoing to ensure that a detailed church building program is developed that defines our current and future space needs. Together we’ve developed a conceptual program that clearly defines and prioritizes the space our ministry needs, an estimate of cost and an analysis of our financial capabilities.

In our planning, we’re not only planning for the present but the future as well. As such, the building site location allows us to fulfill our long term vision. With this in place, we’ve been able to go to the next phase of building and creating a long-range site plan that provides for optimum use of the site and facility over time. All in all, our entire goal is to create a facility that enhances the ministry.

Construction projects can be challenging. But we know that it doesn’t need to be that way. We remember that God said “EASY” and that is exactly what this project is going to be “EASY”. We’re doing all that we can to eliminate cost overruns, finger pointing and delays common to other construction methods. We are committed to following God’s process to make sure that this edifice is everything that He desires it to be, by utilizing those that He has strategically positioned and walking through the doors that He has opened for us. The result thus far has been a smooth, hassle-free church construction experience that in the end we know will be a blessing to the congregation and the community around us.
